This scheme is designed for and owned by its Members and is managed by JLT Risk Solutions (JLT). As the Scheme Manager and a business of Marsh McLennan JLT creates access the best of Marsh’s alternative risk and insurance solutions tailoring these solutions to community housing providers addressing their unique risks and challenges.

CHRS delivers an alternative property protection solution for community housing providers. The Scheme is designed to deliver an integrated protection, claims and risk management platform protecting Members assets while providing innovative and targeted risk prevention strategies.

The Scheme empowers Members to take greater control of the costs involved in protecting their physical assets while providing resources and a system platform to support innovation and greater program transparency.

The Community Housing Risk Scheme was derived out the need to provide effective protection solutions enabling  community housing providers to focus on delivering social and affordable housing to those in need.
