Marsh Africa Corporate Social Responsibility Focus Areas
Education
Marsh has a vision for South Africa in which education is transformed. In this vision, schools perform with excellence. Schools contribute to an environment in which young people transition into their post school lives equipped for the challenges ahead.
Boost a School programme does more; working in partnership with schools, each with deep and systemic problems and sited in poor and disadvantaged areas, Boost a School facilitates a shared platform for improved school performance and post school transitions. It also fosters relationships that draw people together across socio-economic divides, focused on a shared goal of a better life for our children and a more prosperous future for our country.
Marsh through Boost a School provide systemic developmental support at school level in order to improve the performance of learners, educators and school governance structures and enable successful post school transitions.
