The Marsh TRAC Program is a two-year, training program designed to develop high potential graduates and accelerate their careers.
About the Full-time TRAC Program
TRAC (Talent Recruitment Accelerated Careers) is comprised of two 12-month assignments designed to offer TRACs opportunities to engage with both clients and the insurance markets in Client Management, Client Advisory or Placement. These assignments enable TRAC associates to experience different risk practices and a variety of client industries.
During your first two weeks, all TRAC associates will attend a formal orientation program at our New York City Headquarters. In orientation, you will learn about Marsh’s organizational structure and strategic vision as well as meet and network with senior leaders. Over the course of the two years, TRAC associates periodically come together as a class to participate in business-specific learning activities and in training that enhances leadership and development. TRAC associates will also be assigned to a team to work on a business project that is sponsored by and presented to Senior Management.
Learning & Development
TRAC associates benefit from a structured learning curriculum, formal performance management and support from the TRAC Program Manager. In addition, TRAC associates partner with a senior level mentor and gain significant exposure to management throughout the program. Upon completion of the program, TRAC associates are placed into positions across the firm that focus on continued career development and promote leadership potential.
