Application Process 

Online Application: Submit your application online with your updated resume. There is an initial set of screening questions to determine your eligibility for the role.

Video Assessment: We would like to know more about you! Share with us why you’d be a great fit for the program.

Gamified Assessment: We’re looking for candidates who can adapt their learning style, are flexible, and can think broadly through a gamified psychometric assessment which takes about 35–40 minutes to complete.

Interview Assessment: Suitable candidates will be invited to speak with our business managers and HR to learn more about the program.

Outcome: Successful candidates will receive a written offer of employment. You’ll need to complete our background checks prior to joining.

Preparation Tips 

Learn as much as you can about Marsh and how we work with our clients. We do not expect you to be an expert in risk and insurance broking, but you should have an interest in our industry.

• Conduct a self-analysis. Why are you interested in Marsh? What skills do you bring to the table?
• First impressions count. Don’t be afraid to show your personality and enthusiasm and be yourself.
