Marsh & McLennan Agency Acquires Insurance Partners of Texas

Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), the middle market agency subsidiary of Marsh, today announced that it has acquired Insurance Partners of Texas, an Abilene, Texas-based employee benefits consulting firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, Insurance Partners of Texas offers a wide range of employee health and benefits-related services to midsize employers in Texas. All Insurance Partners of Texas employees will join MMA, expanding the firm’s presence into Abilene.
