Tamara Simpkins Franklin 

Chief Digital Data and Analytics Officer

Tamara is the Chief Digital, Data and Analytics Officer for Marsh. In this role, Tamara is focused on designing and implementing digital technology, data and analytics to transform the Marsh client experience. She also serves on the Marsh Executive Committee. Prior to joining Marsh, Tamara was at IBM where she most recently was Vice President of Media and Entertainment Solutions.

Tamara has more than 25 years of experience leading digital businesses and defining strategies for large multinational organizations. She received her BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard University.
