Asian economies are growing rapidly along with its population of diverse and rich ethnic, cultural, religious, linguistic backgrounds and business customs. To meet the needs of Japanese multinationals operating throughout the Asia region, Marsh established Japan Client Services (JCS) Asia, a network of dedicated professionals in nine countries: Singapore, China (Guangzhou and Shanghai), Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi), the Philippines, and India. JCS Asia teams are knowledgeable in local business regulations and practices, and specialize in serving Japanese corporate clients.

Through this network, JCS Asia provides insurance services and risk management advice to Japanese companies in support of their business goals. In placing insurance solutions for clients, we access local and global insurance and reinsurance markets including all Japanese insurers with a presence in Asia. For many Japanese multinationals, JCS Asia works closely with Marsh Broker Japan to provide local support under global insurance programs initiated from Japan or Pan-Asian insurance schemes arranged within the region.

With a high concentration of Japanese companies in Singapore, Shanghai, Guangzhou,Taipei,Hong Kong, Jakarta, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Gurgaon, our JCS Asia personnel stationed in these locations are fluent in Japanese and have experience in Japan’s insurance industry.
