Flavio Piccolomini

President, International Division, Marsh Global

Flavio is president of Marsh’s International Division, as well as chairman and CEO of Marsh Italy, which he joined in 2009 as CEO. While increasing Marsh’s presence in the Italian market, he has expanded his geographical responsibility and eventually assumed leadership for International.  With more than 28 years of experience in insurance brokerage and risk advisory, Flavio began his career at Willis Tower Watson (WTW) in London where he was in charge of the firm’s financial institutions, professional risks, and mergers and acquisitions businesses globally; he also served as CEO for WTW’s Continental Europe region. Flavio is a member of Marsh’ executive committee. He has a BA from (Luigi Bocconi University, Milan and holds numerous board positions.
