Risk & Insurance Magazine honors 58 Marsh colleagues with Power Broker awards

Risk & Insurance® magazine this week named 58 Marsh colleagues as Power Broker® winners and finalists in its annual issue recognizing the industry’s best for their innovation and commitment to delivering superior client service and solutions.

Representing 21 categories, 46 Marsh professionals were recognized as 2014 Power Broker® winners, including two colleagues receiving the Responsibility Leader® designation, and 12 Marsh professionals were named finalists. Of the winners and finalists, 10 were placed in the Under-40 category.

The Power Broker® awards are based on nominations provided by brokers and risk managers as judged by separate panels of risk managers and Risk & Insurance® journalists for each industry segment. Hundreds of risk managers were interviewed in the process of identifying, soliciting, evaluating, and judging the final nominations. Individuals were judged primarily on their creativity in solving risk-related problems during 2013, their industry knowledge, and their high level of client service.
