OSHA’S Part 1904 – Injury and Illness Reporting and Recordkeeping Rules Revised and Expanded

In May 2016, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) revised its injury and illness reporting and recordkeeping rule. The revised rule requires some establishments, such as utilities, department stores, and amusement parks, among others, to electronically submit their data. The new rules not only require electronic reporting, but also include enhanced employee rights measures.
